As Senior Manager of Creative Services at West Shore Home, I've scaled a multi-discipline creative department alongside one of the fastest-growing home services companies in the country — developing the people, systems, and creative infrastructure to produce broadcast, digital, executive, and internal communications content at scale for a 3,000+ employee national brand.

My background is in video production, but my focus is on what makes creative departments work: clear vision, strong process, and teams that do their best work.

I hold an Adobe Certified Professional certification and an FAA Part 107 license, and I graduated magna cum laude from Edinboro University in Film and Video Production.
